As part of our collaborative team, you’ll be immersed in the land development process, partnering with engineers and designers to turn bold ideas into buildable solutions for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. What You’ll Do

• Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a land development consulting firm
• Learn the stages of the site development process
• Prepare concept plans and assist with project design
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and drive projects forward
• Research zoning ordinances and coordinate with local jurisdictions
• Visit project sites to see the engineering process in action
