KidsPeace is seeking seasonal summer team members for our Graham Lake Residential Program, supporting children with emotional and behavioral challenges in a structured, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.

What We Offer

• Starting pay: $20/hour
• No nights or weekends: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM OR 8:00AM -4:00PM

What You’ll Do

Residential Childcare Counselors

• Supervise and support children in a therapeutic residential setting
• Build positive relationships and help implement treatment plans
• Maintain structure, consistency, and a safe environment
• Complete documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Available Monday through Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM OR 8:00AM-4:00pm
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping youth succeed
• Must pass background checks and provide professional references
