We are currently accepting resumes for an Experienced F&I Manager!

The responsibilities of this position include:

· Maintaining a CSI above standard

· Maximizing service contract and product penetration

· Overseeing customer auto loan and lease origination / approval

· Monitoring the collection of contacts in transit

· Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position

To be a successful candidate for this position the following skills are required:

· Previous Sales/Finance experience (preferably Lexus/Toyota experience)

· Bi-Lingual in Spanish - is a PLUS!

· At least 2-5 years of automotive F&I management experience is required

· Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

· Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

· Must possess the ability to "close"

· Professional appearance*

· Valid U.S. Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
