• Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with individualized resident care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care

• Document and adjust care plans to support resident progress and changing needs

• Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent standards of care

• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred but not required

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
