We are looking for a passionate Dietary Server who can work in a fast-paced environment for our Kitchen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in food preparation and serving meals to residents.

• Ensure that all dietary restrictions are followed according to residents' needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.

• Set up dining areas before meals and clean up after meals.

• Support the dietary team in inventory management and ordering supplies.

• Document and monitor food intake for residents as needed.

• Communicate effectively with residents to determine their food preferences and comfort levels.

• Assist in training new dietary staff members as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in food handling, dish washing is preferred

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide/Kitchen is a plus

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or hospitality setting as a food server, or cook is a plus

• Interest in working with the geriatric population

• Food Handler Certification

• Ability to prepare meals following specific dietary restrictions or special needs

• Excellent multitasking and time management skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
