Restoration Mitigation Technician and Laborer

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mitigation services including water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials at job sites
- Conduct initial assessments of damage and communicate findings to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and company equipment
- Support senior technicians with various restoration tasks as needed
- Document work performed and report progress to management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in restoration, construction, or general labor preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation is preferred
- IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
