Transportation Clerk at ENSTRUCTURE LLC – Memphis, Tennessee

The Transportation Clerk is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing for completed freight loads. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process billing paperwork for completed freight loads in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify that billing rates match quoted prices and contracted agreements.
• Utilize TORO and AXON dispatch systems to access and input load and billing information.
• Communicate with customers to address and resolve invoice concerns, corrections, or inquiries.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure all load data is complete and accurate prior to billing.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing documentation and communications.
• Support month-end close processes by ensuring all loads are billed correctly and timely.
• Assist with audits and reporting as needed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight, or transportation billing preferred.
• Familiarity with TORO and AXON dispatch systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position operates in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Some light lifting of files and documentation may be required.
