Mechanics Helper Trainee at NORTHWEST PAPER BOX MFRS INC – Camas, Washington

Northwest Paper Box is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals, including but not limited to high school graduates and college students interested in pursuing a career in machine maintenance. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the industry.

Training Opportunities:

• Mechanical training
• Electrical training

Shift:

• Monday thru Friday
• Day Shift: 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the possibility of daily overtime and Saturday work
• Swing Shift (includes $0.50 per hour differential): Monday thru Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Shift times can be tailored to accommodate college schedules

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on skill set, $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Non-exempt employees are paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead mechanics with various tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Participate in training programs
