Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner to join our established team in the Middle Tennessee area. Our practice includes the following:

Coverage at 1 Level III NICU and 4 Level II NICUs along with normal nursery care in a couple of our clinical sitesCandidates must possess strong newborn assessment, management, and delivery room skills Desire to work collaboratively with experienced neonatologists and NNPs in a team centered atmosphereWillingness to provide bedside education to staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGround and air transport required Opportunities exist for more structured staff education as interested
