Commercial Electrician at TWC Enterprises Electrical Contract – Millersport, Ohio

We are a growing company that treats our team like family. As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Electricians and technicians, to undertake a variety of tasks relating to installing and maintaining electrical infrastructure in the Central Ohio and surrounding areas. Your job will involve installing electrical gear, panels, conduit, racks, electrical cable, equipment in an array of different types of buildings. We also provide a service to include troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and wiring in temporary generators and distribution. Due to the high amount of risk pertaining to this job, electricians must be responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions and good communicators both oral and written. The ideal candidate must be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems with power generation equipment and distribution experience being a plus. The goal will be to produce and maintain well-functioning electrical distribution, equipment, and connections to minimize the probability of accidents and maximize usability of electricity in all facilities.

COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIAN

*Responsibilities

Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning power both engine driven and renewable, distribution, lighting, and other electrical systems

Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components

Prepare and assemble conduits/racks and underground PVC and pull and terminate cabling productively to equipment and distribution panels

Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units

*Skills

Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems

Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, pullers, crimping devices, voltage and mega ohm meters etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints

Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines including NEC

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability

Reliable transportation to the office (vans provided to drive to jobsite)
