Responsibilities

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to join our well-established practice at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida—a vibrant coastal community known for its stunning beaches and relaxed lifestyle.

Practice Highlights

• Thrive in a busy, 28-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 19 and approximately 2,700 annual deliveries.
• 24 hours rounding plus call
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of in-house NNPs providing 24/7 coverage.
• Full subspecialty support and a dedicated transport team.

About HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital

• A 282-bed acute care facility and the only provider of pediatric ER, PICU, and Level III NICU services in the surrounding area.
• The sole delivery hospital within a 50-mile radius.
• Recognized for excellence in patient safety and specialty care.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Neinatology with recent experience required
• Active FL license required
