Position OverviewWe seek a dynamic Lab Sales Manager to lead our team of 6 Key Account Executives (KAEs) in managing the companys top 200 clinic & hospital accounts and driving aggressive expansion into Public and Private Hospitals (2025 priority). This role demands a leader who embodies ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence to sustain our rapid growth while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentExecute strategies to acquire new customers, prioritizing Public Hospitals and large Private Hospitals to meet 2025 growth targets.Lead market penetration efforts with a focus on executing with excellence, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.2. Team ManagementInspire and mentor KAEs to achieve revenue targets, new account acquisition, and operational discipline.Promote a culture of teamwork, breaking down silos and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop talent and maintain a can-do attitude within the team.3. Customer RetentionStrengthen relationships with key decision-makers (Lab Directors, Hospital CEOs, CMOs) through proactive, solution-driven engagement.Demonstrate high accountability by resolving customer issues swiftly with cross-functional teams (Lab Ops, Sales Ops, Tech).4. Upsell & Cross-SellDrive deeper penetration of the companys diagnostic menu (e.g., molecular, genetics) by identifying upsell opportunities with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications1. Basic Requirements:5+ years in IVD sales, including 2+ years managing sales teams in healthcare..Proven success in B2B healthcare sales with a focus on execution excellence.Fluency in written & spoken English.2. Preferred Experience:Background in diagnostics/lab industry with exposure to lab stakeholders.Technical knowledge of lab tests (biochemistry, histopathology, etc.).3. Key Characteristics & Cultural Fit:Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire teams, make data-driven decisions, and lead by example.High Ownership & Accountability: Takes initiative, owns outcomes, and delivers on commitments.Positive Thinking & Can-Do Attitude: Thrives in challenges, motivates others, and embraces growth opportunities.Teamwork Advocate: Builds trust, fosters collaboration, and celebrates collective wins.Execute with Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality results.
