What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with their service needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
• Recommend services and products based on vehicle inspections and customer needs
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives repeat business
