Lighthouse Family Counseling, LLC. is expanding! Lighthouse is a private practice located in Exton, PA. The mission at Lighthouse is to assist people from all walks of life in dealing with mental health issues. Lighthouse Family Counseling serves as a haven for people who are in crisis and have trouble dealing with life’s obstacles due to mental health issues. We currently service clients from ages 6+ years old to 70+ years old.

We are currently seeking to add to our team licensed counselors who have experience working with couples, families, children, individuals, or any combination of above. Counselor Requirements:

• Experienced and fully licensed LPC in the state of Pennsylvania. Must be willing to get on insurance panels.
• Provide counseling/talk therapy to scheduled patients utilizing professional counseling standards
• Provide EHR documentation of counseling sessions, assessments, interventions, and recommendations
• Maintain appropriate documentation of clinical and counseling services in EHR
• Maintain and update professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education
• Formulates short-term and long-term counseling plans for clients under care
• Formulates differential diagnosis of mild to moderate mental health conditions
• Flexible hours and schedule
• Self-starter, ability to work independently

Experience:

• Fully licensed for a minimum of four years
