Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Intern to join our finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable processes and financial operations within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of payment runs and ensure all payments are executed according to company policies.
• Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with filing.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues related to invoices and payments.
• Participate in month-end close processes by preparing reports and providing necessary data.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
