Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
- High voltage trouble shooting experience and/or Fundamentals of AC/DC Units and Circuits.
- Experience working on/with electric motors
- Food manufacturing machine trouble shooting experience.
- Automation trouble shooting experience.
- Mechanical trouble shooting experience.
- Sensors/Robotics
- Servomechanisms
- Shielded arc welding.
- Understanding of Pneumatics.
- Relay Logic & Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s)
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, performing repairs and replacements as necessary to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with production staff to understand equipment needs and provide timely support for any maintenance-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
Skills:
The required skills of working well with people are essential for effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments. Precision measuring skills are utilized daily to ensure that repairs and maintenance are performed to exact specifications, which is critical for maintaining equipment integrity. Mechanical repair skills are applied in diagnosing and fixing issues, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely.
