💵 Pay Range: $69,000 – $79,000 (DOE) + Annual Performance Raises (up to 5%)

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
As a Multifamily Housing Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Asset Team to support and grow an assigned portfolio of multifamily properties. This role blends financial analysis, operations, and strategic planning to maximize property performance and investment value.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with due diligence and underwriting models for new acquisitions
  • Reporting on and overseeing capital projects
  • Analyzing property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports
  • Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve performance
  • Evaluating vendor contracts and portfolio expenses
  • Supporting market research and risk assessments
  • Helping develop and refine internal audit procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
  • 📊 1–3 years of experience in real estate (multifamily preferred)
  • 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Yardi experience a plus)
  • 🔍 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 🤝 Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments
  • 🔔 Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
  • ✈️ Ability to travel to designated region as needed
