This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of a fast-growing global organization. You will own the full spectrum of People Operations and Talent Acquisition for the India team while working closely with international leadership. The role blends strategic hiring, HR operations, compliance, payroll oversight, and employee experience responsibilities. You will play a key role in building scalable systems that support rapid growth across multiple markets. This position offers significant autonomy, requiring strong judgment and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up and driving operational excellence. You will directly influence how teams are hired, supported, and scaled globally.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India and international roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Build and manage talent pipelines, optimize hiring workflows within ATS systems, and refine job descriptions and recruitment processes in partnership with leadership
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee integration, documentation, and compliance with internal policies
- Manage HR operations including employee records, contracts, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance, including coordination with legal and external advisors
- Support payroll execution, benefits administration, compensation processes, and resolution of employee queries related to HR operations
- Drive operational initiatives, improve internal processes, and support leadership with strategic People & Operations projects
- 5–7+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR/Operations roles in fast-paced or global environments
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and seniority levels
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience working with global or US-based organizations and cross-functional international teams
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Strong experience managing onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR operations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, improve systems, and operate with a high degree of ownership
