  • Leverage AI, machine learning concepts, and modern automation tools to solve complex operational problems and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, Client Operations, and G&A functions) to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Jira, HRIS, ERP, and other internal platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop robust, well-documented, and maintainable automation solutions with strong error handling, monitoring, and testing practices.
  • Continuously monitor automation performance, identify bottlenecks, and iterate to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Support the evolution of internal automation frameworks and contribute to best practices for scalable system design.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, software engineering, or a related technical role, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Strong proficiency with automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Solid programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with experience building APIs and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data models, APIs, and integration patterns (ability to configure and troubleshoot workflows is essential).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Jira, HRIS, ERP, and finance tools.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation solutions is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and elegant solutions for complex processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agent-building tools such as Agentforce (or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mindset, with curiosity for automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
  • Full-time contractor position
  • Competitive compensation with base salary aligned to experience, plus potential bonuses, commissions, and equity
  • Remote-friendly role within Latin America
  • Opportunities for career growth in a fast-scaling, AI-driven environment
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across multiple business domains
  • Access to modern automation, AI, and integration technologies
  • Flexible hybrid-hub model depending on role and preference
  • Dynamic, innovation-focused culture centered on improving operational efficiency
