This senior, individual-contributor sales role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and clinical transformation, driving adoption of advanced digital health solutions across acute care environments. You will lead strategic sales execution for a connected care portfolio that enables remote monitoring, predictive analytics, and seamless EMR/EHR integration. The role requires deep engagement with hospital executives and clinical leaders to shape buying decisions and accelerate solution adoption. Operating across a defined multi-state territory, you will build and execute high-impact sales strategies while managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments. This position is both commercially driven and highly consultative, focused on delivering measurable clinical and operational value. It offers the opportunity to directly influence patient outcomes at scale while contributing to the evolution of modern hospital care delivery.
You will be responsible for leading territory growth, executing sales strategy, and expanding adoption of digital health solutions across acute care and monitoring environments. This includes driving pipeline development, relationship building, and end-to-end deal execution in complex hospital systems.
- Own lead generation, prospecting, pipeline development, and deal closure to achieve and exceed zone revenue targets
- Build and execute territory sales strategies, including account segmentation, targeting, and prioritization
- Maintain and manage a strong sales forecast and ensure accurate reporting of pipeline health and performance metrics
- Develop and expand relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including CIOs, CMOs, CNOs, IT leaders, and clinical decision-makers
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales engineers, operations, professional services) to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption
- Support account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing healthcare systems
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product and marketing strategy
- Ensure strong post-sale engagement to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization
The ideal candidate brings extensive healthcare sales experience, particularly in complex hospital or digital health environments, along with strong consultative selling and strategic execution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 6+ years in healthcare, medtech, or enterprise software sales (senior-level experience preferred)
- Proven success in strategic sales roles within acute care, hospital systems, or health IT/digital health environments
- Strong experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions involving clinical and IT decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage large pipelines, consistently meet quotas, and close high-value deals
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare technology ecosystems (EMR/EHR integration preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate independently across a large territory while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned U.S. territory
