This role sits at the intersection of global health strategy, economic analysis, and program design, focused on identifying and scaling the most cost-effective interventions to improve health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. You will lead analytical workstreams that evaluate the impact and scalability of potential health programs across multiple disease areas and health system priorities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners, you will help shape investment decisions that maximize health impact per dollar spent. The position requires strong analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to synthesize complex evidence into actionable recommendations. You will also play a key role in engaging donors and stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and funding opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone motivated by evidence-driven decision-making and large-scale global health outcomes.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of high-impact health interventions across multiple disease areas and health system programs.
- Conduct rigorous cost-effectiveness and impact analyses to compare interventions and assess scalability and value for money.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from literature reviews, program teams, and external experts to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assess the strength of evidence supporting interventions and identify key data gaps, risks, and uncertainties.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program impact and validate analytical assumptions.
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external donors to align on strategic direction and funding priorities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and analytical outputs for senior leadership and external partners.
- 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, analytics, finance, pharmaceuticals, NGOs, or other fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong background in conducting structured research, cost analysis, and/or quantitative impact modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, rigor, and a strong commitment to evidence-based decision-making in global health or social impact contexts.
- English fluency required.
