We are currently hiring a part-time Community Hero (aka Groundskeeper)

The primary responsibilities for this role will be:

Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup), Landscaping, Plowing, and Salting in winter months. Other related duties as assigned. Must be able to:

Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Work independently. Multitask. Operate large machinery when necessary. Occasionally lift 50lbs or more. Alternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing, and sitting. Experience Desired:

Plowing, Groundskeeping, Light repair, Work, Plumbing, Electrical. If you are organized, reliable, have a valid driver's license and a will to succeed, we would love to meet you!
