Job Description

Join our team as a QA/QC Document Control Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our documentation processes. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality products and services.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage all documents for project quality assurance and quality control.

- Ensure all documents are easily accessible and stored in a systematic manner.

- Monitor document management processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Review and verify project documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Control the distribution, filing, and retrieval of documents to relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure document submissions meet timelines.

- Track and manage revisions and versions of documents.

- Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure quality and compliance.

- Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures.

- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.

- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.

- Generate reports on document status and compliance as required.

- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure alignment of document control with overall project quality objectives.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or a similar role.

- Proficiency with document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and standards in the relevant industry.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
