Seam Sealer Operator 1st Shift | $15.50/hr
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: MondayThursday | 6:00am4:30pm

Were hiring a Seam Sealer Operator for a growing production team in Asheville. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What Youll Do:
Operate seam sealing equipment following all quality and safety procedures
Ensure seams are properly sealed with no puckers or defects
Make repairs as needed or directed by supervisors
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Communicate any issues with product or equipment
Assist team members as needed

What Were Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
Comfortable using hands and upper body strength to handle materials
Team player who can also work independently
Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred:
Previous manufacturing experience (not required)
