Join us on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday) and enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Starting pay is $15.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply sealants to seams, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to production standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Operate and maintain sealing equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
