This leadership role sits at the intersection of digital health, patient experience, and oncology innovation, shaping next-generation customer experiences for individuals affected by chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). You will define and drive a unified strategy that connects patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through seamless, compliant, and highly personalized digital journeys. The role blends scientific communication with product and experience leadership, ensuring complex clinical information is translated into accessible, human-centered content.
You will partner closely with engineering, UX, data science, and marketing teams to build scalable digital health platforms grounded in user insight and experimentation.
A core focus is ensuring regulatory compliance while still delivering intuitive, frictionless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
You will also play a key role in shaping engagement strategies, including patient advocacy integration and clinical trial connectivity.
This is a high-impact role for a leader passionate about improving patient outcomes through technology, empathy, and data-driven innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for digital health and direct-to-consumer experiences supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in CLL care pathways.
  • Translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, engaging, and compliant messaging across owned and third-party digital channels.
  • Partner with clinical operations and medical affairs teams to connect patients with relevant clinical trial opportunities and research pathways.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and marketing teams to build and scale integrated digital health experiences.
  • Leverage data, experimentation, and user research to identify friction points and optimize engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators including engagement, accessibility, trust, and user outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and accessibility standards (WCAG) while maintaining strong user experience design.
  • Manage agile delivery processes including sprint planning, roadmap execution, and release coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee patient advocacy engagement and manage social/digital presence for CLL-focused initiatives.
  • Champion a patient-first, inclusive, and data-informed culture across all digital health initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Background in medical affairs (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, pharmacology, or related scientific discipline strongly preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product, consumer health, digital health innovation, or customer experience leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to translate complex clinical/scientific concepts into clear, accessible, patient-facing content.
  • Strong experience with digital platforms such as CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CMS tools, analytics platforms, and web technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in defining product or experience strategies and delivering scalable, user-centered digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory, privacy, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Experience leveraging data, experimentation, and behavioral insights to drive engagement and product optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in oncology, chronic disease management, or AI-driven personalization is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong focus on impact and execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $187,100 to $247,100 USD, based on experience and location.
  • Annual bonus eligibility and potential incentive compensation depending on role type.
  • Equity participation opportunities, including discretionary stock awards and employee stock purchase plan.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with additional financial wellness options (FSA/HSA).
  • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness-focused benefits.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage for added financial protection.
  • Remote and flexible work arrangements depending on role requirements.
  • Professional development opportunities within a global, innovation-driven organization.
