As our Director of Finance, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. What You'll Do

Lead Financial Operations

  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, asset management, and audits.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for leadership, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor organizational investments, evaluating risk while identifying opportunities for growth and sustainability.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable financial reporting requirements and regulations.

Shape Strategy and Organizational Success

  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal controls to protect organizational assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Lead the annual audit process and support ongoing financial transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and maximize resources.

Provide Leadership Across the Organization

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of communication, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Address emerging operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support efforts to meet or exceed key organizational objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and executive team with special projects and initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational success.

What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Five (5) or more years of progressive management experience required.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Working Environment

  • Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Occasional exposure to blood or blood products.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary.
