Customer Service Specialist in Aurora, Illinois at Rush Copley Medical Center

Function as the "hub" of the department communication flow and maintains the general office environment for EVS. Responsible for supporting the EVS staff and delivering quality service and safety to the patient and family as well as employees.

Position Requirements:

· High School/GED diploma.

· Must be able to read, write and speak English.

· Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable.

· Must be able to follow directions.

· Follow standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
