FirstLight Home Care is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Newport, RI. We have full-time and part-time positions available with a Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications
- Active Rhode Island CNA License (Required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care
- Previous home care, assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare experience is preferred
