Accountabilities:

The Product Marketing Lead will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise product marketing initiatives, helping translate advanced healthcare technology into clear market value and commercial success. The role requires a balance of strategic positioning, customer understanding, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support enterprise growth, market adoption, and category leadership.
  • Partner with product and business leaders to translate platform capabilities into compelling enterprise solutions, packages, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Create differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, ROI narratives, and sales enablement materials for enterprise buyers.
  • Map enterprise buyer journeys and develop sales plays, objection-handling resources, persona-based messaging, and competitive insights.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact marketing assets, including executive presentations, case studies, buyer guides, pitch materials, and campaign content.
  • Design and manage full-funnel product marketing campaigns, from strategy and launch planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, brand, events, product, and commercial teams to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct messaging testing and continuously refine positioning based on customer feedback, market insights, and sales performance data.
  • Support enterprise sales teams with the tools, insights, and resources needed to accelerate deal cycles and improve conversion.
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to enhance research, content creation, market analysis, and marketing efficiency.
  • Contribute to building scalable product marketing processes, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B product marketing professional with a strong background in enterprise technology, healthcare, or SaaS environments. They combine strategic market expertise with strong execution skills and the ability to communicate complex solutions in simple, compelling ways.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with proven success launching products, developing positioning strategies, and driving go-to-market execution.
  • Experience marketing complex enterprise solutions, ideally within digital health, healthcare technology, HR technology, benefits platforms, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing narratives for sophisticated buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaigns, from initial concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and creating sales enablement materials that support revenue growth.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies and communicate business impact effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using market insights, customer feedback, and performance data to guide decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including product, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
  • Strong AI proficiency, including practical experience using AI tools to improve research, content creation, workflow automation, or marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution and delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
