This remote contract opportunity is ideal for an Instructional Designer passionate about creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences for global audiences. The role focuses on transforming complex content into learner-centered eLearning solutions through instructional design, storyboarding, and course development. Working within established learning frameworks, the successful candidate will collaborate with experienced learning professionals to deliver high-quality digital training materials. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining engaging digital learning content while ensuring quality, usability, and alignment with instructional objectives.

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise, applying instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Transform source materials and stakeholder inputs into structured, engaging, and learner-focused digital content.
• Create detailed storyboards that guide course development and support clear learning journeys.
• Develop knowledge checks, assessments, and interactive elements aligned with learning objectives.
• Ensure courses meet SCORM standards and remain compatible with learning management systems and multiple devices.
• Follow established templates, branding guidelines, and instructional standards to maintain consistency across projects.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and overall learner experience.
• Manage project timelines effectively while communicating progress, challenges, and potential risks proactively.
• Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve content development efficiency and workflow quality.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance learning design processes and learner engagement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in instructional design and eLearning development, with strong technical skills and the ability to independently manage project deliverables.

• 2–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related learning experience role.
• Strong practical experience creating courses using Articulate Rise.
• Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline and digital learning development tools.
• Experience developing instructional storyboards and organizing content into effective learning structures.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning best practices.
• Experience creating self-paced online learning content.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and content organization abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with SCORM standards, LMS environments, accessibility practices, and inclusive learning design is preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted content development workflows and tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, Runway, Canva, or Adobe Express is an advantage.
