Job Description

Sales Development Representative - Dutch/Flemish & French Speaking

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Dutch/Flemish & French Speaking based in Ireland.

This is a high-velocity sales role focused on turning qualified prospects into confirmed product demonstrations.
You will manage both inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting across the Benelux market, engaging potential customers through multiple channels.
Your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth by identifying strong opportunities and connecting them with Account Executives.
You will operate in a structured, metrics-driven environment where activity, qualification quality, follow-up, and demos booked are key measures of success.
The role combines phone-based selling, written communication, CRM discipline, and fast-paced prospect engagement.
You will work as part of a globally distributed Revenue team that values ownership, commercial creativity, resilience, and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact within a rapidly scaling B2B technology business while developing your sales career.

Accountabilities
  • Respond to inbound leads within defined service-level expectations, prioritizing speed and converting qualified prospects into booked demonstrations.
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences targeting relevant retailers and businesses across the Benelux market.
  • Personalize outreach efficiently across multiple channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects rigorously based on buyer profile, purchasing volume, intent, timeline, and overall commercial potential.
  • Disqualify low-quality or poorly aligned leads quickly while maintaining a strong focus on pipeline efficiency.
  • Book, confirm, and protect demonstrations by using timely reminders and pre-demo engagement to minimize no-shows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring every interaction is logged, every lead is appropriately dispositioned, and pipeline data remains reliable.
  • Monitor outreach performance and identify opportunities to improve messaging, targeting, qualification, and conversion.
  • Share customer insights with the wider Revenue team, including recurring objections, effective messaging, and high-performing customer segments.
  • Consistently meet activity and demo-generation targets in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS, technology, or comparable SDR/BDR role involving high-volume, transactional sales.
  • Experience working with short sales cycles, structured prospecting cadences, and ambitious daily activity targets.
  • Strong telephone sales and prospecting skills, combined with clear, concise written communication.
  • Comfortable handling approximately 60–80+ meaningful customer and prospect interactions per day.
  • Highly process-oriented, with strong discipline around sales cadences, follow-up, CRM management, and lead qualification.
  • Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection constructively and maintain consistent energy throughout the sales cycle.
  • Highly coachable and receptive to feedback, with a genuine desire to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Native or professional proficiency in Dutch, Flemish, French, and English is required.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset, commercial curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of measurable outcomes.
  • Previous knowledge of the jewellery or diamond industry is not required; motivation, discipline, and sales rigor are more important.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
  • Fully remote working environment within the European timezone.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Unlimited holiday allowance.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development.
  • High-growth environment offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
  • Collaborative, low-hierarchy culture with significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Intellectually challenging work within a rapidly scaling international business.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth and scalability of a global B2B technology platform.
  • Diverse, international, and distributed team environment.
