What You’ll Do

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial HVAC customers
3. Manage recommendation sheets and minor repair proposals
4. Obtain pricing and availability to prepare repair proposals and quotes
5. Follow up on quotes, leads, and proposals to help close sales
6. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage inactive customers
7. Work closely with outside sales representatives to identify customer needs and opportunities
8. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries in a timely and professional manner
9. Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure work is scheduled and fulfilled properly
10. Serve as an escalation point for customer and operational issues
11. Provide customers with updates regarding their projects and service needs
12. Maintain accurate customer and communication records in the CRM
13. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates
14. Process customer orders and coordinate with operations and logistics
15. Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections when needed
16. Work closely with technicians, coordinators, management, and other internal teams

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
4. Ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
7. CRM experience preferred
8. HVAC industry experience is a plus
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
