Sheet Metal Fabricator and Commercial Venting Installer in Enumclaw, Washington at Treat's Heating & Cooling

About This Role

Treat's is hiring Sheet Metal Fabricators and Commercial Venting Installers at all levels, from
helpers to leads. This work is core to our Auburn Sheet Metal heritage. You will fabricate
ductwork and sheet metal in our shop and install commercial HVAC venting and ductwork in the field.
Treat's Heating, Cooling & Electrical (Auburn Sheet Metal, Inc.) has been family-owned for over

Dealer serving residential and commercial customers across South King and Pierce Counties,

Don't let our Enumclaw location stop you from applying. We have trusted employees who
live as far as Lakewood and report directly to job sites in Seattle, North Bend, Puyallup, and
throughout South King and Pierce Counties. A weekly check-in at our Enumclaw office is
required, but day to day you work where the work is.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate ductwork, fittings, and sheet metal components in the shop
• Read and work from plans and shop drawings
• Install commercial HVAC venting and ductwork on the job site
• Operate shop equipment such as brakes, shears, and rollers safely and accurately
• Coordinate with the install crews and represent Treat's professionally on every job site

Levels and What We're Looking For

Helpers: mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn the trade
Fabricators and Installers: sheet metal fabrication and/or commercial duct and venting installation experience
Leads: proven fabrication or venting installation experience plus the ability to run the shop or a job site

Pay Range

$25.00 to $70.00 per hour, depending on level, experience, and certifications.
• Helper: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
• Fabricator / Installer: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
• Lead: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

1. Valid driver's license and insurable
2. Physically able to perform the job for which you are applying
3. Hand tools appropriate to your skill set. Loaner tools are available, and we may be able to
purchase them for you with small repayments from your paycheck
4. Basic computer skills for your position, including email, smartphone, and iPad
5. Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude on every job site

Schedule

Monday to Friday, full-time.
