Your work ensures patient accounts are managed with precision, timeliness, and full alignment with payer requirements and organizational standards.

- Analyze billing trends, identify process inefficiencies or system issues, and recommend workflow improvements to enhance billing accuracy and productivity.
- Train and support new billing staff by providing guidance on billing systems, workflows, and organizational procedures.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, confidentiality, and organizational policies while participating in required annual regulatory and safety training.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Three (3) years of recent experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations
- Dental billing experience preferred
