Pay Range $80,000-$90,000 + Great Bonus Opportunity!

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, driving department performance, developing technicians, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in accountability, operational excellence, team development, and building a high-performing service department.This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional ready to lead from the front and help drive continued growth.Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations of the plumbing service departmentManage, coach, develop, and hold accountable plumbing technicians and support staffOversee service warehouse operations including inventory management, purchasing, truck stock, and material controlPartner with dispatch and customer service teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and revenue opportunitiesDrive departmental KPIs including revenue per technician, close rate, average ticket, and customer satisfaction scoresEnsure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company operational standardsMonitor fleet readiness, equipment availability, inventory levels, and technician efficiencyOversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performanceResolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionallyWork closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to help grow service demand and department profitabilityImplement technician training, coaching, and performance improvement plansTrack service performance metrics and continuously improve operational processesBuild and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationshipsEnsure proper licensing compliance and operational standards are consistently maintained

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of plumbing industry experienceStrong understanding of residential plumbing service operationsStrong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and industry best practicesExperience managing service technicians and leading performance accountabilityExperience managing inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, and fleet coordinationExperience managing departmental budgets and P&L performanceStrong leadership, communication, and coaching skillsValid driver’s license

Highly Preferred

Journeymen Plumbing LicensePrior home service management experienceExperience with performance-driven service organizationsExperience leading high-volume plumbing service teamsFamiliarity with service management software platformsHVAC industry experience is a plus but not required
