Job Description
The Senior Product Analyst, part of the Firms Data & AI department, is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and management of the Firms experience management products (e.g., Literas Foundation) and related systems. The incumbent supports the efforts to capture and maintain firm knowledge, including client and matter profiles in support of the Firms experience management efforts and contributes to the implementation, training, and ongoing support of experience management systems and processes. The Senior Product Analyst is also responsible for creating and maintaining profiles that suit each practice area and match platform standards, working with practice staff to understand their needs and setting up processes to collect information, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the content in Literas Foundation while providing training and technical support to practice staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In coordination with the teams Product Management Manger and Leadership:
- Support the day-to-day operation of the experience management platforms, data integrations and related systems.
- Apply profile and configuration standards and process approved change requests to ensure the integrity of data maintained within experience management platforms.
- Configure standard workflows and processes for data capture and reporting within the experience management platforms.
- Develop working knowledge of the content and configuration of the experience management platforms and integrated data sources.
- Coordinate data integration, import and export projects to ensure content is transferred and validated consistently.
- Prepare standard metrics reporting and related analysis to measure the quality and quantity of data maintained within experience management platforms.
- Conduct end-user training and provide support for "how to" questions and technical issues.
- Participate in project teams to develop and implement enhancements to the experience management platforms and related systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve and/or add to the experience management platforms, related processes and integration sources.
- Contribute to the development, creation, and ongoing maintenance of standard configuration documentation and related end-user training materials for the experience management platforms and related systems.
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- A minimum of five years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department or professional services environment working with practice-related information and processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines and priorities under minimal direct supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- A minimum of two years of experience working with legal technology such as experience or expertise systems (e.g., Literas Foundation), research tools, workflow systems and/or legal project management or practice management tools
- Demonstrated understanding of law firm structure and business practices, as well as practice-specific terminology
- Experience managing projects from inception through planning, execution, and completion
- Knowledge of various tools such as Lexis, Westlaw, S&P CapitalIQ, PitchBook and other resources

The target salary range for this role is:
$104,000 - $142,000 if located in Illinois.Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
