Groove Subaru is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Love Encore Director to create an exceptional ownership experience for our customers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, teaching others, and delivering outstanding customer service.
As our Love Encore Director, you'll help new Subaru owners become comfortable and confident with their vehicles by providing personalized vehicle orientations, answering questions, and ensuring every customer leaves excited about their new Subaru.If you're outgoing, patient, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct personalized vehicle delivery orientations for new Subaru owners.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems.
• Pair customer phones with Subaru infotainment systems and explain connectivity features.
• Schedule and conduct Encore appointments to answer follow-up questions after purchase.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.
• Encourage customers to explore all the features their Subaru has to offer.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with customer events and dealership initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable teaching customers how to use technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Automotive experience is helpful!
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
