The Role
The Parts Planning Supervisor will manage parts inventory, ordering, and availability across parts operations of Balintawak Branch. This position will ensure genuine parts and accessories are available for scheduled and walk-in service jobs, that stock levels are correctly maintained in NetSuite, and that ordering and replenishment are done proactively to prevent service delays.
Parts Planning Supervisor will report to the Inventory Manager and coordinate daily with the Workshop Supervisor to align parts supply with service demand and leading the Parts Team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain accurate parts stock records in NetSuite; conduct cycle counts and reconcile variances
- Monitor reorder points and trigger replenishment orders from the principal or approved suppliers
- Ensure parts required for scheduled service jobs are reserved and available before the vehicle arrives
- Manage and coordinate parts orders; validate against purchase orders and post stock-in the same day
- Manage counter and wholesale parts sales with correct pricing and documentation
- Identify and report slow-moving and dead stock; recommend disposition strategies
- File tickets to distributor for defective parts, backorders, warranty, or technical concerns and monitor resolution
- Submit parts inventory, sales, and fill in rate reports to the Inventory Manager on schedule
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 3–4 years of experience in parts inventory, warehouse management or inventory planning
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP for inventory and purchase order management
- Familiarity with reorder point management, and cycle counting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — able to maintain reorder trackers and fill rate reports
- Strong coordination skills — you'll work daily with the Workshop Supervisor and suppliers
- Comfortable managing counter sales, warehouse operations, and documentation simultaneously
- Systems-oriented — committed to full system compliance; no off-system workarounds
