Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of sales reporting, commission tracking, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic business decisions.
  • Own and enhance the Salesforce CRM roadmap for the sales organization by driving platform adoption, maintaining data integrity, and implementing new features and process improvements.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, uncover business insights, and communicate findings through clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, and other business functions to streamline operational processes and improve overall commercial performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on sales operations, helping align teams, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the continuous evolution of sales operations best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a sales operations, business operations, or revenue operations environment, preferably within a global organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including administration, reporting, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python, or similar data analysis platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and communicate recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities while collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business performance.
