  • Conduct feasibility studies and translate business requirements into scalable and well-structured technical solution designs
  • Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including planning, system configuration, testing, deployment, and operational transition
  • Facilitate business process redesign workshops to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational needs and best practices
  • Develop detailed technical documentation, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies to support delivery consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure successful adoption
  • Provide ongoing advisory support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals and platform capabilities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and related modules
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow solution design, platform configuration, and technical architecture
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into structured technical solutions and implementation plans
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional technical engagements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail and clarity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Eligibility to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance (or meet residency requirements)
Benefits:
  • Remote-first contract opportunity within Canada
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level ServiceNow expertise
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise and government-related initiatives
  • Exposure to complex, large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs
  • Flexible work structure supporting work-life balance
