Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing based in Canada.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of brand, product, and growth marketing, responsible for shaping and executing end-to-end consumer journeys across multiple channels. You will lead the development of integrated campaigns that connect strategy to execution, ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive, compelling, and aligned with business priorities. Acting as the connective tissue between creative, product marketing, media, and growth teams, you will transform insights and positioning into breakthrough marketing experiences. The role requires both strategic vision and strong operational execution, with ownership from briefing through launch and performance measurement. You will manage complex, multi-channel campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs. This is a highly collaborative environment where you will influence senior stakeholders and agency partners while driving measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the full consumer journey.

  • Design and own end-to-end consumer journeys for priority campaigns, mapping messaging, channels, and experiences from first exposure through conversion
  • Lead integrated campaign development and execution across paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring alignment from briefing through launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Translate product positioning, customer insight, and business priorities into clear, compelling creative briefs that guide internal and external creative teams
  • Own media strategy, including channel mix, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
  • Partner closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Growth, and Channel teams to ensure cohesive execution and maximum market impact
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and performance expectations
Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned integrated marketing leader with strong experience driving large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and a deep understanding of consumer experience design.

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, product GTM, or growth marketing, ideally within tech or fintech environments
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-channel campaigns across TV, OOH, social, digital, and performance marketing
  • Strong ability to design consumer journeys rooted in customer insight and behavioral understanding
  • Excellent brief-writing skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, inspiring creative direction
  • Strong channel fluency across paid, owned, and earned media, with hands-on campaign planning experience
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
