Job Description
Location: Grapevine, TX
A beautiful Grapevine dental office is seeking a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Full-Time Office Manager to join their growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. Looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care and customer service to children and their families.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Paid holidays
- 401(k) with benefits available after one year
Languages
- English and Spanish required
Software
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required. The software is easy to learn, and training will be provided.
- Patient Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every patient and family.
- Coordinate appointments, maintain efficient scheduling, and resolve patient concerns professionally.
- Support a positive patient experience from check-in through treatment completion.
- Financial Management
- Oversee insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, collections, and payment processing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and help maintain the financial health of the practice.
- Marketing
- Support internal and community marketing initiatives to help grow the practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and local organizations.
- Office Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain efficient office workflows.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative team members to optimize productivity.
- Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Organization & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and support a collaborative team culture.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Foster professionalism, accountability, and excellent communication throughout the office.
The ideal candidate is an organized, dependable leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They are passionate about creating a positive experience for patients and families while supporting a high-performing team. Previous dental office management experience is preferred, and pediatric dental or orthodontic experience is a plus.
