This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, finance, and human resources, ensuring provider compensation programs are accurate, equitable, and strategically aligned. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing analytical insight and guidance on complex compensation matters across multiple hospital units. The position plays a key role in maintaining internal equity while ensuring external market competitiveness and full regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR and operational leaders, to support data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences provider satisfaction, organizational performance, and workforce stability. - Provide expert-level consultation and support on provider compensation matters, ensuring timely resolution of escalated inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Analyze compensation structures, programs, and outcomes using appropriate tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support strategic workforce and financial decisions.
- Monitor compensation programs and tools to identify issues, inconsistencies, and areas requiring optimization or correction.
- Ensure data integrity and provide clear, reliable reporting to support organizational planning and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or HR, including analysis, administration, and recommendation development in a complex organization.
- Experience working with physician or provider compensation structures is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, or PHR are considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and translate it into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
