We are looking for dedicated EMTs to join our night-shift transport team. You'll provide BLS care during discharge and interfacility transports, ensuring patients get where they need to go safely and comfortably. This is a great fit for EMTs who thrive on night shifts and want a consistent rotating schedule with built-in days off.

Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts — rotating 3 on / 3 off, 4 on / 4 off
Role and Responsibilities:
The following list contains the daily operations and responsibilities of this position.
· Provide BLS care during discharge transports and interfacility transfers
· Safely operate Adventure Medics ambulances and transport vehicles
· Monitor and assess the patient's condition throughout the transport
· Document all care provided during transport for medical records accurately and efficiently
· Coordinate and communicate with medical facilities and Dispatch
· Assist with patient loading and unloading with safety always priority
· Attend safety meetings and shift briefings
· Perform daily readiness checks on transport equipment, vehicles, and supplies
· Ensure medical equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked
· Participate in ongoing training and simulation exercises
· Work closely with Paramedics and fellow EMTs to ensure the overall safety of every transport
· Complete all required trip documentation before end of shift
· Assist with onboarding and training new hires
· Community partner outreach
· Perform other work-related duties as directed by supervisor or as the situation requires
Qualifications and Skills:
· Current Oregon State EMT certification
· CPR/BLS certification (current)
· Valid driver's license with clean driving record
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Familiarity with ambulance transport, medical equipment, and protocols
· Physical fitness to manage the demands of the job
· Preferred 1–3 years' experience in emergency medical services or healthcare setting
· Ability to work in various weather conditions
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
· Capability to lift and move patients safely
· Professional demeanor and strong patient-care focus
