Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations and help drive sales growth at A Plus Rentals.
This role oversees sales, delivery, inventory, customer service, and team performance while ensuring smooth store operations and great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise sales and delivery staff
Hire, train, and support team members
Monitor sales goals and performance
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
Prepare schedules, reports, and agreements
Support deliveries, merchandising, and store operations when needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Leadership and retail management experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Dependable and team-oriented
