Infusion Therapy LNA in Bennington , Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

This position is responsible for assisting Registered Nurses in providing individualized goal directed patient care for our infusion therapy patients..

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the LNA test required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Minimum Work Experience:

• Prior nursing assistant experience required.

Required Licenses/ Certifications:

• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant License by date of employment required.
• Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
