Head of Revenue Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations based in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling the entire revenue engine behind a fast-growing, category-defining SaaS business. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring that marketing, sales, and customer success operate as a unified and data-driven growth machine. The role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys transforming complexity into clarity through structured processes and scalable systems. You will own the GTM architecture, forecasting accuracy, and operational backbone that enables predictable revenue growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on position where you will define best practices while actively building and optimizing core revenue systems. You will work closely with senior leadership to influence go-to-market direction and shape long-term scaling strategy. The environment is highly dynamic, collaborative, and centered on rapid experimentation and execution excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and architect the end-to-end revenue operations engine across marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring full-funnel visibility and performance optimization
  • Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, with deep ownership of Salesforce and integrated revenue systems
  • Build forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and executive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance
  • Lead territory design, quota setting, compensation planning, and incentive structures aligned with business objectives
  • Define and enforce lead routing processes, SLAs, and data integrity standards to ensure seamless handoffs and reliable reporting
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align operational execution with strategic goals
  • Establish scalable Revenue Operations frameworks and best practices to support continued company growth

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build forecasting models, dashboards, and analytics that drive executive decision-making
  • Track record of building and scaling Revenue Operations functions in fast-moving organizations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strong builder mindset and willingness to both strategize and execute
  • Experience with incentive design, compensation planning, or GTM motion optimization is a strong advantage
