This is a mission-critical executive leadership role responsible for turning high-level vision into scalable, high-performance operations within a fast-growing digital health organization. You will oversee end-to-end execution across clinical delivery, patient engagement, care coordination, data operations, and growth systems, ensuring seamless alignment between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Acting as the primary execution partner to the executive team, you will translate strategy into measurable outcomes while driving accountability across the organization. Accountabilities:

Lead enterprise-wide operational execution by translating strategic vision into scalable systems, workflows, and measurable outcomes across clinical, commercial, and research-driven functions.

  • Own operational performance across patient care and innovation engines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all delivery functions.
  • Build and manage end-to-end operational dashboards, defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics such as CAC, gross margin, and patient experience scores.
  • Oversee core operational teams including engagement, marketing, outreach, care coordination, data, and medical assistant functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of workflows, staffing models, and care delivery systems to optimize patient outcomes and operational performance.
  • Partner closely with clinical, product, engineering, and data leadership to align execution with technology-enabled innovation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Lead scaling efforts for payer networks, contract expansion, and revenue growth across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and dual-eligible populations.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment, ensuring disciplined execution, accountability, and strong organizational culture across all teams.
Requirements:

Bring extensive executive-level operational leadership experience with a strong track record of scaling healthcare or digital health organizations through high-growth phases.

  • 12–15+ years of operational leadership experience, including 3–5+ years in a senior role within a digital health, telehealth, or healthcare technology environment.
  • Proven ability to build and scale operational systems from the ground up in complex, regulated healthcare settings.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience linking operational performance to P&L outcomes and unit economics.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including payer systems, clinical workflows, and care delivery models.
  • Experience partnering closely with technology, product, engineering, and data teams to drive operational transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and build high-performance organizational cultures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable operational strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off (PTO) and flexible remote-first work structure
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Opportunity to shape large-scale healthcare transformation impacting millions of patients and caregivers
  • High-impact executive leadership role with autonomy and strategic influence
