This is a fast-paced, high-output creative role focused on producing performance-driven visual content for paid social campaigns. You will design and edit both static and video assets that capture attention quickly and drive measurable results across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Working closely with performance marketing teams, you’ll transform briefs into compelling ad creatives that balance strong visual taste with conversion-focused messaging. The role blends design craft, copy instincts, and modern AI-enabled production workflows to deliver content at speed without sacrificing quality. You will operate in a structured, deadline-driven environment where consistency, precision, and adaptability are essential. - Conceptualize and produce high-performing static and video ad creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and audience targeting.
- Write concise, attention-grabbing on-asset copy, headlines, and visual messaging that enhance performance and improve click-through rates.
- Adapt and localize creative assets for multi-market campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different regions, cities, and client variations.
- Collaborate closely with paid media and performance marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful creative concepts that drive lead generation and conversions.
- Utilize generative AI tools as part of the creative workflow to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration while maintaining high visual standards.
- Deliver fully organized, editable source files for all design and video outputs, ensuring scalability and reuse across campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines, including standard 3-business-day turnaround expectations.
- Stay up to date with social media creative trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to improve ad performance and engagement.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Video Creator, with a strong focus on performance marketing or digital advertising content.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media creatives (both static and video) with a focus on engagement and conversion.
- Solid understanding of paid social platforms, creative trends, and what drives performance in digital advertising environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple fast-moving projects and deadlines.
- Strong creative instincts combined with attention to detail, structure, and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional marketing teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools, including image generation, video generation, and automation workflows.
- Full-time remote role based in South Africa
