Supply & Logistics Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply & Logistics Coordinator based in France.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of global supply chain operations within a fast-growing, international environment. You will oversee the end-to-end flow of hardware products, ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Working cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and product teams, you will play a key role in maintaining product availability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. The position combines hands-on execution with process development and strategic planning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges while building scalable systems. With significant autonomy and responsibility, you will have a direct impact on the performance and reliability of global supply chain operations.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end movement of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple international markets.
  • Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders while coordinating production schedules, lead times, and shipment planning with manufacturing partners.
  • Oversee inventory management activities, including stock allocation, partial deliveries, replenishment planning, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate international logistics operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution partners to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Support distributors through order coordination, delivery updates, issue resolution, and ongoing operational assistance.
  • Manage the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, including issue tracking, manufacturer coordination, reconciliation activities, and root-cause analysis.
  • Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and operational data to support purchasing decisions and maintain product availability.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supply chain workflows.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to support business scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial, financial, and product objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations, or a related field with direct ownership of day-to-day activities.
  • Proven experience working directly with manufacturers, including purchase order management, production coordination, and lead time monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of international supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and stock allocation practices.
  • Experience managing international shipments and working with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and distribution networks.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar platforms for purchasing and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured processes, document workflows, and implement operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecasts, reporting data, and inventory trends to support decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and a high level of accountability.
  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and manufacturing partners across different regions and cultures.
  • Exposure to hardware, consumer electronics, e-commerce operations, distributor management, or channel operations is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or process optimization technologies is beneficial.
Benefits
  • Full-time remote position with the flexibility to work from your country of residence.
  • Flexible working schedule with emphasis on collaboration rather than fixed working hours.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority, experience, and local market benchmarks.
  • Minimum of 25 days of paid annual leave.
  • Paid sick leave support where local regulations do not provide adequate coverage.
  • Enhanced parental leave program, including paid and unpaid leave options during the first year following childbirth.
  • Home office equipment budget provided upon joining the company.
  • Monthly budget to support smart home technology and professional engagement with industry products.
  • Contribution toward home internet expenses.
  • Opportunity to dedicate work time to relevant open-source or community-driven side projects.
  • International and collaborative work environment with significant autonomy and ownership.
  • Long-term career growth opportunities within a profitable and expanding organization.
